Recruitment for SNRN Leadership Positions: Applications due July 1st

Spread the word!

The ISEE Student and New Researchers Network (SNRN) is actively recruiting motivated individuals to join our team. The SNRN Steering Committee works to represent the interests of students and early career researchers in environmental epidemiology or other related disciplines. Some activities include contributing to the planning of the ISEE Annual Conference as well as organizing continuing education and capacity building opportunities related to career development, technical methods, and networking. We welcome applications from all students (bachelor’s master’s, doctoral) or early career researchers (e.g., postdoctoral fellows) within 5 years of completing their terminal degree. The SNRN Steering Committee aims to recruit a diverse applicant pool, including SNRN members engaged in various settings (e.g., academia, government, industry) and across ISEE regional chapters. Of note, current ISEE membership is not a requirement to apply.

Each year during the ISEE Annual Conference, new SNRN Steering Committee members are appointed. Joining the SNRN Steering Committee is a great opportunity to get more involved in the society, develop leadership skills, and expand your professional network by volunteering your time and expertise. Appointed SNRN Steering Committee members are asked to serve for at least 2-3 years (maximum 5 years).
